Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cronity ("Cronity", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Cronity is a monitoring, alerting, and reporting service for scripts, scheduled jobs, websites, APIs, AI agents, and recurring human work. We ingest check-ins and status signals, detect missing or failed runs, and deliver alerts and periodic reports.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must verify your email address before creating monitors or receiving alerts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to monitor systems you do not own or have permission to check.
- Overwhelm ingestion endpoints with abusive or malicious traffic.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use Cronity to send spam or unlawful content through alerts or reports.
4. Plans and billing
Cronity offers a free plan with usage limits and a paid plan billed monthly. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Cronity available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation, and we are not liable for issues in your systems caused by delayed or missed alerts.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you send to Cronity. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and display that data in order to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for paid plans.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cronity's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use of Cronity after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Contact
