Learn how to send check-ins, monitor public URLs, route alerts, and build operational reports with Cronity.

Create a monitor

Choose an inbound monitor for something that reports to Cronity, or an outbound monitor for a public URL Cronity should check.

Connect alerts

Add Email or Telegram on the Alerts page, then assign up to the number of channels your account plan allows to each monitor.

Review and report

Use monitor history for individual events and the report builder for a daily operational view across selected monitor categories.

A monitor can be OK, Late, Fail, or Paused. “Late” is an intermediate state: a scheduled result is still inside its grace period, or an outbound check has failed without yet reaching its failure threshold.

Cron monitor

Scheduled jobs with a known run window and grace period.

Script monitor

Inbound runs that can be scheduled or report-only with no late logic.

Manual check-ins

Human confirmations and form-based check-ins through a secure link.

Website monitor

Outbound URL checks for availability, exact HTTP status, and response time.

API monitor

Outbound endpoint checks for APIs and health-style responses.
